[Solved] Config "Keywords"

Hello all,

Is there a COMPLETE list of all keywords ?

I would LOVE to have a .pdf document to read through and select keywords from.

I know some of this is included in the help files and I am also aware that the main config file (located at C:\Missler\V67\local\englishUS\top_ex.cfg on my computer) can be a good source for keywords but neither source seems complete.

Another point I'd like to highlight is that the HTML Help does show keywords but DOES NOT allow me to copy text from it.

It would be nice to be allowed to copy from the help file and paste into the config.txt

Hello,

Today the only documentation on keywords that I am aware of is in the localization folder, (that you already know of).

Perhaps, post questions for specific items that you are looking to configure.

Hi Bill,

Today I was hoping to find a way to force colors to be saved with parasolids by default. I know that I can make that choice during the parasolid export procedure but I'd like to find a way to make it "stick".

I found and tried "G_PARASOLID_SAVE_ALL_ATTRIBS 1" but this did not help.

Hi,

You have to understand that a lot of keywords are only the "txt" translations of options you activate in Tools | Options...So sometimes it is a better idea  to go in this dialog bow than in the cfg files...

If you go in the area Interfaces | Parasolid | Export , you will see an option save color. Check the option, it will work for ALL your Parasolid export. If not, it could be a bug

I hope it helps you

Thanks for the reply.

I tried what you said but this is what I get...

Maybe it is a bug ?

I am sorry, I did not check it before replying, but it works only in 6.8

Thanks for the clarification.

One more reason to anticipate 6.8
