Automatic Dimensions

Why TopSolid doesn t have an automatic dimensioning as other 3D software?

It would be very helpful for all that works with TopSolid and need to do drafts...

Hi,

What do you mean by automatic dimensions? If you design a part with TopSolid'Design, you can get back in 2D the dimensions from the 3D, and they are still associative! It looks good, but maybe it is not what you want...

Hi,

It is possible to let TS create a draft and auto dimension it.
(File -> Draft) But is needs some configuration.

yes i think it would be interesting if perhaps you could create a dimension in design and assign it as an auxiliary element and have it project in draft, or perhaps define a dimension for a particular type of projection view.
