TopSolid_Global_Patch_68248.zip

TopSolid_Global_Patch_68248.zip is the latest patch, to be found at the FTP server.
Usually the changlog also updates, this time only for tooling.

Is it correct that there's only a change in tooling?
Or did somebody forget to update the changelog for design?

I guess they just forgot it....It would be surprising to have no TopSolid'Design updates...
