Why should we bother providing feedback?

Excuse the bluntness, but except for the HTTPS thread it's been years since anyone connected to Missler has replied to something posted in the Suggestions and Enhancements subforum.

Do you want feedback?

Do you want to engage with your users?

Right now it feels like Missler says: "You have feedback? Yeah, you can go talk to this wall over here"

Won't you look at that.

It's almost the half year anniversary of me stating that "giving feedback to Missler feels like talking to a wall"...

How meta.

Hi to all

Each users has to keep in mind that the forum is dedicated to get answers from other users.

See you

Then what is the logic in having a forum section dedicated to "suggestions and enhancements"?

Apparently in the French forum people get a response within an hour.

Hi

No doubt about it, I agree with you

In an other way, this forum counts 404 members against 2161 for the french forum.

And one have to work about it  and we hope to have much more members on the U.S one.

US, Europe and the rest of the English speaking world. You could call it squandered market potential.

I think this is the closest I have ever come to feeling discriminated.

Hello @quazoosl ,

I have already reported this problem to the staff and a plan of actions will be discussed by the product managers in coming days.
I hope this will improve the situation.

I keep you posted!

yes they have answers from ... me, and only me. It's just because my product (TopSolid'Steel) is only (for the moment) dedicated for French market and for me (Product manager) it is very important to be aware of customer's needs :D

But as you said, Worldwide market is big so now, I'm here :-)

So if there is any question / tread about my product field I will answer fast... like French Forum :-)

ps: and other problem, I'm not an English speaker but... I treat myself

Hi "Q":

There is a TS user group on Slack that you might find interesting. I also wish that there was more activity on the US Forum.

Cheers, Brian
