I think it would be very handy if there was a way to put a parameter driven toggle for any process for a part. So you could activate or deactivate a process on an entity with an excel spread sheet. So if the parameter was set to 1 it would be active, 0 would be deactivated.
This way we could turn features on and off in library components, like tapped holes, chamfers, or a radius.

I think your post Larry is not in the correct area because it works today
I mean if you try to use the following functions:
Parameters | Create
You create your parameter and you name it
Parameters | Excel link
you export this parameter in an Excel sheet
and
Shape | Manage | Deactivate operations
You can use the previous created parameter to drive an operation and deactivate it
you can already find in your soft today all you want
Just have a look to the OnLine Help, all those functions are very well explained...
