For example, I read changelog text files and there is Report n°584404.

Hello,
the best way to report a bug is to report this to your distributor. The easiest way for Missler to address a bug is to be given a reproducable sample of the bug. If it can be reproduced, it can usually be fixed.
So, when you find something that you think is a bug, document it and send it to your distributor and they can forward it to the correct people at Missler Software for you.
