Complete Font acc. to ISO 3098

Hello,

what I'm really missing is a font that covers all characters like given in ISO 3098. The (free) fonts I have tried from the web, are always missing something: either umlauts, cyrillic letters, italic, or even no conformity to the standard at all, just lookalikes.

So for a professional CAD there should be a font that covers the whole standard with all defined lettering types A, B, CA, CB, BVG, BSG...

I would really apprecciate a solution - even a (reasonably) priced one.
