Link movement rules document

Does anyone have any experience with this?
I've tried making one to get a certain approach when using turning tools on our spindle, but it just doesnt seem to do anything.
Our machine model contains standard link rules to follow, containing RTCP for milling tools.
However RTCP should be turned off when approaching with turning tools.
So I thought of creating a link rules movement document, I've added a rule for when it's using a turning operation, but it just doesn't seem to do anything.
Anyone know or used this before?
