Part count

I was wondering if there was a way to use the part count as a parameter.
I can see it as a integer parameter under parameters, but is there a way to reference it into other parameters? I've tried publishing it to no success.

Also I was wondering if there was a way in Top Solid to count different parts, so that it could also be referenced as a parameter, like creating a ratio or percentage in terms of different types of parts.
