I played with it a bit, and I liked the sketcher. The adding of constraints is very nice, it seems to offer more choice than in the core program.
One thing though: if you create construction lines in the sketcher, you cannot re-use them in the main design. The sketcher seems to be semi-independent for producing specific profiles, although you can still see the construction lines and driving dimensions in the main design if you display invisible entities.
That's odd.
I haven't had much time to explore anything else.
The software comes with a nice 91 pages manual, 45 of which pertains to added features in TopSolidDESIGN and TopFOLD. The rest covers EDM, CAM, WOOD, etc. There is a very decent tutorial for the sketcher.

I 'scrapped' the contrains out of my brain when I switched from Inventor to Top.
With constraining back, Top has the same functionality as most drafting programs.
In the new sketcher I miss only the chamfer function .
