The total seats is 21.500 worldwide, the total seats in my country Chile is near to 200 licenses, I think that the number of licenses in your country is just a little higher than the licenses in Chile, your country is 30 times bigger than my country and the GNI (PIB in spanish) is 100 times bigger, but your country is very special and to sell French products in USA is a nightmare.

PS: The numbers are industrial seats, we are not talking about educational seats.
