protection key

hi
i have a windows 64bit system
when start TopSolid it works
if i start a other program after i start TopSolid, TopSolid wil lose the number of the protectionkey.
is there someone who can help me?

i have the same problem with artcam (a delcam product with the same key) i can only run one at a time

Before strating any other CAM software, you may unplug the other dongle and check the way it goes.

TopSolid 2006 works fine and TopSolid 2007 doesn`t. Can jou explain this?

You'd better check your rainbow drivers especially those provided on the latest DVD.
Otherwise check them on MISSLER FTP
