WoodWop NC stop

Hello
Is it possible to get NC stop into mpr file from TopSolid Wood? I have drillings on both sides, but I don't get NC stop to turn part around. Went through all materials what I have and there is no word about this. It's vertical Homag BHX050 and turning over is by Y-axis. When I make one machining file, then TopSolid thinks it's two-sided operating machine.
