anybody familiar with this fault?
can't explain why the 1 panel is drilling my 7mm holes without problem and the 2nd he's giving this error... WHY!?
plz help!

formUser3.frm is referring to your process you created for a feature like example: a groove, drill or pocket. From my experience you can get this when you try to use the wrong process with a operation on a part (example try to use groove process on a pocket feature).

i'm not familiar with editing the processes,... the panels are exactly the same... however when i turn it over it does work...
what to do? and where to change the settings...?

Are the holes thru? are the parts duplicated or repeated? Can you share the file it would be much faster for me to trouble shoot?
attached are the design model and the cam process default associations to the hole model picked in design are both parts using the same Hole model?
