Assembly definition

Unread post by OMG »

Hello

I couldn't find no info about the "content" option of the "assembly nature" in "assembly definition" (TS v6.20.248.1-sp12).
I've used it in some test assemblies but I've seen no difference.
Can anyone explain me the purpose of this option?

Thank you.

assembly nature
It depends on what you want to see in BOM or the history tree.

Thank you, Mad Cat.
Where did you find the iamge from your answer? Is it from a TSW brochure?
I'm asking because I've already searched through all my brochures and I've couldn't find something similar.
