Dear All,
When i nesting, there are some parts were placed in wrong way. The first maching face is place reverse. So there are nothing after machinging.
How to fix this problems.
Thanks All,

Re: The first machining face was revert when nesting
Hello
is the part with the "wrong" orientation defined in optimized mode for machining?
Also did you ask for the face optimisation when doing the nesting?
Thanks

Re: The first machining face was revert when nesting
Hello
To avoid empty machinings, I am using pre-defined components from library and they are always forced to machine only right way. To make them correctly, then I do one hole into corner and checking machining under part definition to have it only right way in machine. When it's defined, then I delete that hole. I don't use optimizing, because in beam cnc front edge can be here and there, but I need parts only one way in machine.

Dear Woody31, Raudmees
Z axis oriental is the first machining. So when I define the parts, I will change the Z axis orietal that I want. Problem is that there are some part is not following the normal.
Thank you friends,

Your picture shows that you have it forced to that position on the machine.
You can either turn it to optimized or force it to be flipped from what it is now.
