Is there a way to set a colour/transparency for a layer?
Desired result:
- Switching to a layer switches the design colour/transparency to the layer preset
and/or
- Placing an object in a layer changes it's colour/transparency to the layer preset

Nope I don't believe that is possible as they are all separate attributes that are not able to be associated
