Applied automated machining to component?

Unread post by Robert »

I'm looking to create a machining operation with custom molding tooling that I can insert into an assembly and apply the machining operation on a specific part. The machining operation will have a custom tool path with parametric drivers and key points. I can't find a tutorial for it? what would be the basic workflow? I know it would probably include creating a dummy block applying custom machine path with drivers, but what command do you use to insert it into an assembly and apply to component?

The Moulding function is not like component tooling you select the moulding function from wood toolbar then select your standards instead of TopSolid wood then select the tool you created and saved to your library and then you will see the driving parameters to the right to be altered.
