Hi,
Is there some way I can set "Cutter Compensation" on as a standard in the calibration dialog ? I always have to manually go into the calibrations dialog and tick the box for "Cutter Compensation". This is kinda frustrating in a nesting with many parts.
I'm also looking for a way to link the PP line to each tool. In the "mount tools" menu you can doble-click the tool and write in the PP value of desire. But it doesnt seem to read or remember these values in the calibration dialog for example. Is it possible to set a strandard value for the PP dialog ? We use this value to control the position of the hood.

Re: Standard value in menu
if you have your own machine process your can change it there. or if you don't and your using the TopSolid default your going to want to look into how to configure and setup your own machine process's. in the image attach the gear that are red are default that are not changeable the gear that is not red are ones I created for my company's way of machining.
Re: Standard value in menu
Thanks !
I managed to create a new process and manipulate the values i needed to. But do you know how i can set the "operations analysis on a part" to use the new process I've created instead of the default calibrating process ? I wish to use my new calibrating method process instead of the default calibrating process.

Re: Standard value in menu
1.) go to process associations
2.) create your own group of machine processes
3.) set it current
3.) change the default to your processes you created
4.) save the changes to your template
