Dear All Friends,
I have 2 parts with same name and dimension but different machining. When I nest them, TS chose only 1 part for all for nesting. Do you know how to choose 2 parts for nesting. I don't want to change the name one of the two parts.
Thank you,

Hi
You add the part you want to machine. Then select add button and select the same part but you select the plane manually.
It should be okay
See you

Hello
The key is indexing. Its strongly recommended to index all parts before machining. For indexing use simple BOM. If needed, I can send sample code.

Hello
the defaut BOM use element ID so you should not have this issue.
i guess you have modified the BOM for nesting in tool Option?
Anyway , someone gave already the solution , the key thing is part identification ( whatever element id 1 part 1 program for each shape even if the same ) or use topology and auto numbering.
Hope it will help

Dear Woody,
Please clearify more? Do you mean we can fix this in Tool/option?
Thanks
