[Solved] Change default setting......

I would like to change some of my default setting, to some that I use all the time, like to change from (flood) M8 to (mist) since my 5 axis does not have flood coolant.

Other change maybe spindle speed, fed rate, ect,ect....

Hi,


To change this options use:
Menu Edit>> Change Default values

But to change the spindle, feedrate it´s better inside TopTool>> Cutting Conditions.

Hello again,

After getting a chance to change my Default setting, I do not see Change Default values in the Menu> Edit, I do see in, File> Properties some setting there, but not what I'm looking for.
Also where is Toptool?
I'm new to this Software.. even if I go to the Help Menu, I do not see any help on changing defaults or TopTool.

Hi,


To acess to this menu: Edit>Change default values you need to have the CAM icons active..

In TopTool to edit the cutting conditions you must go to:
Menu: Tools definition>Linked tools>General>Cutting conditions and here you define the Feedrate (Fz) and Cutting Speed (Vc) for which tool and for which material..

If you need more help, only ask ok
