Profile Contourning in lines

Does anybody saw any difference when working with the v69 version on the profiles contourn when you work with Angular mills?

I used to work with a 90º mill to chamfer using the stocks as follow:
Side: 2
Bottom: -3

This way I was able to chamfer 1x45

Now for this operation I need to input stock values as follow:

Side: -1
Bottom: -3

Does anybody also notided it?
