Same here. Locating rings when you first build a DME, PCS, Hasco (inch) mold base all have a wrong depth.

I was at 228 but I'm now at 232. Still same result, moving the part with the spacepilot does not work. Any key commands I set up work though. And it works with other programs I have in the 64bit os. So something must be up with TopSolid.

3DConexxion Space Pilot does not work with 64bit version

I just got my full 64bit system up and running and found out that 3Dconnexion does not support the serial port Spaceballs for it. So off to the store I went and purchased and Spacepilot that has 64bit support. Well it works great in 32bit for everything including TopSolid, but in 64bit it works grea...

[Solved] HASCO INCH Mold Bases are wrong.

All, and I do mean all, of the Hasco Inch Library mold bases use the wrong Pin and bushings. Hasco always uses a stepped Leader Pin. So when they call a 1.250 Dia hole for the pin, that is actually a 1" Pin that has a 1.250" Dia Shoulder.

Well, The problem is the PCS_Inch Library. DO NOT USE the STOP PINS! I had to go through the entire design and pick it peace by peace to see what was causing the print error.

Something is wrong with the PCS_Inch Stop pins.

[Solved] Indexing ERROR

Well, here I am. Get a call this morning that they need prints by noon today. 1 day ahead of schedule. I said I would have it done. I finish the 3D mold design and go to paper space. And all I get is "Indexing Error". No invalid entities in the design or nothing. So I have a software that ...

The current one I'm working on has a file size of 195mb. Actual cavity count/size isn't the issue it's all the processes after the thing you change. So far with the 195mb design file I've been able to edit and change anything, move water lines/ and all there componets, move ejection, etc....., even ...

Using the 64 bit Version

I'm not sure who is yet, but I just started to this last week and have found it quite stable. It's also nice to see it get past that 1.8GB memory limit. I've been able to modify things that have pushed the memory up to 3.2 GB and I don't crash. The speed is about the same, but it's a lot faster than...

[Solved] DME Hotdrop Connectors to Download.

These are in TopSolid 2007 format and are AS IS, use at your own risk. It took quite a while to get these, so use them and make your designs look better. http://www.modeltech.us/downloads/TopSolid/Connectors.png http://modeltech.us/downloads/TopSolid/Hot_Drop_Connectors_TS2007.zip File is about 10MB...
