Re: Part overlength codification
Hello
TSW is a magical software, it gives You lot of possibilities, but plenty of things have to be done outside. Just because development dont know how users will like handle data. Export BOM to Excel, make additional column [overlength-length] and thats it.

Re: Dowels by curved line
Yes, it's drived curve and it doesn't matter how the curce is running. With biscuits it's a complicated to get them on the line. I have a time to play with them.

Dowels by curved line
Hello I asked several times from several places, is there any option to add dowels between parts when there are no straight lines. Yesterday when I finished last beer, I got an idea and after several tryings, here is the solution: https://youtu.be/OHKu9M2rXnA Now I am working with next idea to find ...

Hello
I am not 100% sure, but try to avoid spaces in reference column. At the moment all data are taken from last space.

Hello
RTX works better and use Studio driver package. I had several Quadro cards in several laptops and plenty of graphic errors (also with Autocad and MS Office programs). Game cards works even better.

Re: Nesting 2 parts with same name and dimension but different machining
Hello
The key is indexing. Its strongly recommended to index all parts before machining. For indexing use simple BOM. If needed, I can send sample code.

Hi
Do not make too complex components. Pretty hard to handle them. Tabulated values is the key - I think.

Re: size of TSW files
Hi there I had same problem years ago. Todd, please send it to me too. Like over wetransfer tehnik2tehnik.ee. About this problem. It's not easy way, but at the end it works fine. I had some components from Häfele, Hettich, Blum etc. When I saved them into .top file, then file size was 500-5000KB. Li...
