Looking at this again you may only have to make 1 extruded component and insert it twice if its the same part twice

I would think you would want to make 2 extruded components first then put them together in a driver block as an assembly. just my advice I have a component just like this

I'm suggesting if you cant find it make it. its not that complex of a component.
do you have your own library? or are you using ones that came with TopSolid wood.

here some options you can think about without me knowing how you are setup :?: I can only suggest you explore the below: 1.) is it done with a catalog then you need to add to the that 2.) is it a parameter and is it a diver if not make it one 3.) copy the component and change the depth and put it in...

we use it to export things like glass, metal, hardware, fasteners BOM except for wood materials that need to come out of lineal stock or board sheets because we have to optimize that. and we also use it to export cutlists of for the beamsaw

found it Jeff helped me out when you start a new draft template its the drawing standard you pick that drives its default orientation. ansi is vertical and iso is aligned to dim line

looks like your gonna have to do one of the following:
1.) re-install TopSolid
2.) Try running another recovery because it would seem it did not recover 100% of your files

trace the edges to groove with the curve function then use the contour as the tool path for the groove function. or there are other methods if you are not using automatic machining to TopSolid wood cam
