Tufted fabric design strategy?

I'm starting to design a lot more fabric upholstery beds, and sofa's products. My default design software for tufted product is AutoCAD. I would like to do it in TopSolid, would anyone have any suggestion on getting a tufted look in TS?

See the attached example.

Re: Animate Assembly

Yes, but not as complicated just the basics and I would like to do it in TopSolid Wood, not TopSolid7 if possible.

Animate Assembly

Are there any good tutorials on how to use the animate tool? Most of the tutorials are for TS7 not for TS Wood?

I would like to be able to animate a simple rotation of an assembly.

Thank you,

Insert driver block assembly into a new assembly?

I've created a furniture item inside a driver block and I would like to insert it "as is" into a new document without having to create a new block to insert it in? It imports into the new document fine if I create a block to insert it into, but I can not import it if there is not block.

Applied automated machining to component?

I'm looking to create a machining operation with custom molding tooling that I can insert into an assembly and apply the machining operation on a specific part. The machining operation will have a custom tool path with parametric drivers and key points. I can't find a tutorial for it? what would be ...

Re: Drive Blocks?

Thanks, guys for taking a look at the files. That the molding was pretty funky with missing driver elements and odd CS. So I tried a few other moldings some worked and some didn't so I know the issue is with the extruded molding, I created a new molding and it worked fine. RaudMees, you mentioned pa...
