sewing failed is generally a geometrical problem.


Did you define your prt in TS'Design or is it a part from iges or step file.

Generally this is solved by cleaning original part.

I cannot access your file. (i have some difficulties with chinese characters :))

why don't you use Progress components ?

standard TopSolid components are not so bad but .... autodimensions and automatic processes of Progress ones realy makes the difference I think.

which version do you use ?

the right bill of material to use automatic stock option (the progress one, nont the TS one) is progressIdxNbDesMatSupRefComSto. (In my 6.8.244)

if you want to use a custom bom dial template, the function is PGS STOCK DIMENSIONS.

I installed 6.8.240 patch and had no problem.

if you try to reinstall 6.8 from CD and patch directly to 68240 do you still have then problem ?

projection surface is only unlocked by AF2 if it is your question.

This allows you to create intermediate steps of unfolding to get your unbend part.
