Does anyone have a method to draw a parametric round staircase with banisters?

Hello

You may create create points with parameters, then sketch your lines upon them. And create your part as a component.

Hello,

I think the easiest way is to create spirals and make a sweep.
You can also repeat the steps or banisters along a curve or also helicoïdal.

Ofcourse you have to calculate the number of steps, not draw them!

Hope this helps.

Best regards

v6.8 has a nice feature for this...

I read the "whatsnew" in topDesign 6.8 and saw that there was a new function in there (i beleve it was a subfunction of repeat). The example they use in this document shows a simple staircase as example. Maybe you should have a look at this document... Regards,
