Combine two existing document into one

Hello Forum

I want to use the TopSolid API to combine two existing document into one.
In TopSolid these are the two commands: "File|New" and then two times "File|Insert".

The two files that I use include:
%TOPHOME%\Database\draw\Link\Turning link\Turn Machine Link#V=LK_TMAC_E2#I=00.top
and
%TOPHOME%\Database\draw\Tool\Turn tool\Turn External#V=MSRNL#I=00.top

Can anyone provide an example on this topic?
