TopSolid'PDM 7 Server requirements?

Hi!

I´m well aware of the requirements for TopSolid 7, but i'm gonna run a PDM server aswell and do not feel the need to spend the same amount of money as i did on the workstation.

The tricky part is that the server is Mini ITX. The motherboard i use now is not compatible (VIA). So would it be enough to get a new MB with a pentium processor instead?
