OK, after seeing these nice project I will post mine as well.
About 6 years ago, after my first son was born I started the drawing for a Full aerobatic RC Bi-Plane. It is a 35% scale model of a Pitts M12, which results in a plane with a wingspann of 2.4m a length of 2.4m and a total weight of 13Kg
There are two of these planes acually build. One powered by a 8.5Kw electric motor and one powered by a 110cc twin cilinder petrol engine.
The Origional
Creation of a Shell
The internal construction
After creation of the nesting and a CAM file I used a milling machine to machine the plywood parts
The result after a "few" hours of building (right = electric version = mine)
Some flying can be seen here

More pictures of the real construction during the build
