[Solved] program TopSolid crashes

hi
when i start up TopSolid 2007 and i want to do something TopSolid crashes whitout a warning. we have already reinstal the software and we have the latest update. TopSolid 2006 works fine.
who can help me

Hello,

And what is your "last" update?? The V6.8.216??

One thing you can try is:

* Start TS
* Close the "open file" window
(you will only display the 3 menus File, Window and Help)
* Go in Window | Reset configuration
* Close TS without any saves
* Start again

I had this kind of problem a long time ago in TS (maybe in the V6.5 or maybe before

) and this solution worked

no it didn't work when i start up TS and i want to open a file it crashes

i think it maybe a problem of graphic card, is it ATI kind?
