Hi guys...
I found a terrible problem today
My TopSolid 6.9.260 stops working and show the message
Unable to create a file and closes automatically.
I tried everything
Uninstall and install again but it still doesn't work
My VARS also do not know what to do to TopSolid came to run again in my machine.
Any Ideas?
Any help would be appreciated

when you uninstall TopSolid it will leave the config files, i am thinking that your topwork directory may be the problem, check that you have a valid directory, you can modify this with the install cd-rom or you can use the windows registry editor. hope this helps

Hi,
It is the 32 or 64 bits installation?
Have you create a new user with restrict permissions?
before the patch it worked well?
Are you trying to create a new 3D file, a new 2D file, or just running TopSolid?
cumprimentos,
Olaio

I realized I am without permission in my group directory.
I will ask with my IT dept to solve it.
Hope it works
Thanks
