Trim assembly

Is there a wat to trim an assembly ?
I mean the model. I know the function in draft, thats not wat I mean.

I really mean cutting the whole model on x,y, and z axes.
My model is 15 meters by 20 meters, I only want to present a small part, therefor I use trimming volume, but the model is stil heavy.
I want my model to be less heavy.

Thanks, almost there.
A lot of parts are gone now, but there are still parts that won't go away.
