Molding Distortion?

I created a new crown molding, it looks great, and when I apply it to my cabinet the molding is distorted? see the two images.

I would say your contour or sketch the point at the bottom that is fly out real far is not fully constrained or improperly constrained

I could not figure out the problem so i just redrew the profile and it works now.
