Move by the radius
Is it possible move by the radius by using funkction Turning:absulute movement?

Sorry, but I don't believe it is possible to move along a radius (or another piece of geometry for that matter) with this function. It is only point to point.
However, you could copy the edge of the radius, and then distribute points along the radius using repetition on a curve and then come back to the absolute movement function and select the points in order.
