Help! how to solve?

a simple sheet metal part will be unfold in progress, i select this face as a reference face. it's ok!

then i select opposite face to unfold. but it's not ok! there is a info in alpha bar (Sewing failed) .

why? Is it a geometrical problem? how to do?

sewing failed is generally a geometrical problem.


Did you define your prt in TS'Design or is it a part from iges or step file.

Generally this is solved by cleaning original part.

I cannot access your file. (i have some difficulties with chinese characters :))

I translated the file link using Google translate and apparently the website wants us to login to get the file.

I would suggest either attaching the file directly to this thread or perhaps using another hosting service. A free one that I have had success with is http://www.box.net/
