[Solved]Split Invalid Core & Cavity Block Dimensions

[Solved]Split Invalid Core & Cavity Block Dimensions

I'm trying to spit a part and keep geting "Invalid Core and Cavity Block Dimensions. Can anybody give me any direction.

Could you more explicit
have you validate everything inside the spliting as
Part good for split
Parting line good for the split
Parting surface good for splitting, no hole detected
Is it one cavity mold or more could you had a picture.
That happen to me sometime but it's not the soft it's cause by human error.

Hi Mark

Check if the ucs that you select to be the origin of the bloc's creation, is "inside" the part.
This ucs can be "outside" the part in X and Y axis, BUT in Z axes it needs to be "inside" the part to be able to create the blocks. After the blocks creation you can modify the blocks dimensions, and after modify the ucs Z position.

This can be one of the problems, but as Richard told you, you need to check all the other possibilities.
