Just curious how many people have spent the time setting up machine processes to use automatic/multi-machining vs how many people use...

I don't know 'how many', but most of them cannot imagine to go back in the past and work in manually/semi-automatic like they did at the beginning....

Hello Scott, for this application swarf milling should work quite well, simply copy the edges that define your chamfer and choose them as your guide...
