top.cfg group vs. config, who's the boss?

As I understand it, by default TS looks at the group top.cfg, and then overrides it with the config's top.cfg settings to adjust the company settings...

you can make a new view and have all the sections transfer to that if you want, that way the rest of your sections wont break. i agree the function...
