Regarding notebooks, i have one with an intel processor Core 2 Duo T7500 witch is much better than a PC that i had with an AMD dual core processor.

Hi, It seems that some times you miss a step. This step is activated the "COPY OPERATION" button that appears when you create the groove. If you do not click on it, TS launch the groove operation like it was the first time. You need to do it to ALL the grooves. A tip, to activate the "...

Hi Richard,

I agree with you.
Even if the dowel pin used is .2465 i believe that the process should be a hole with .25 H7 (or H5) right? This process in fact should be the same for both pins.

Hi,

Maybe it is not the right way but it is a way that work.

First, you need to set the index of each part in the 3D file.
Then in your 2D drawing create another bom (flat bom). Use this second bom to make the automatic bom index.

Hi,

You can create predefined notes or predefined texts in the "Tools -> Options". So a dropdown list will be availlable when you create/modify a text/note.

Hi

We are working with Vista (32 and 64bits) with TopSolid'Mold.
The major problems are the drivers for printers and for some graphic cards.
But generally TopSolid Works "well" in Vista (when Vista is also working well  ).

Hi,

the easy way (for me) it is to use the option "File -> mail to"
TopSolid will create a zip file with your document and all the referenced documents (your standards and TS standards).

Hi Larry,

I use both. We work with very heavy molds (in terms of complexes geometries). We start the project in TS x32 (we have also the 3GT application installed) and then switch to TS x64 only when necessary.
