Thanks a lot, now I can change them the way I want.

How can I adjust the draft settings?
I want the dimension lines to be thinner than the object lines.

That also explains why you can't use shift as well.

The only thing left to do then is get a mouse with programmable buttons.

I works indeed. But after the mirror (over ZX) propagation the linear propagation will not be mirrored but repeated in the same (Y+) direction. Yes, indeed. That's what I'm looking for.

There are over a 100 items in my tree and and many of them have the same name, because they are simular parts. Now I need to adjust some parts and it would be easier to find them if I could select them that way.

Is there a way to select a part in your drawing to show directly where it is at in the symbolic tree.
Like clicking a part in the symbolic tree, which points it out in the drawing. But then in opposite direction.

I found out that there is a lenght parameter where you can measure an element, which turns into a parameter. This way, when the lenght of the element changes, your parameter changes. And you can use it to measure an arc, but you can't constrain the arc length with this parameter. Its the snake like ...

I am making a staircase which revolves around a cilinder and I want the sides of the steps to be a certain lenght.

You can add parameters to the block and make them driver. This gets you near a driver block.
