Re: Problem with view when define part

Hello

You need bigger resolution for TS. If it's not possible to set it bigger under windows, then buy new monitor.

Add a line in your top.cfg, or possibly $TOPCONFIG\V6XX\topzwoo.cfg

D_SH_BLOCK_CONSTRAINT_THICKNESS 0.75

Re: Cabinet Hardware

Applause!! :) Finally Grass understand today's needs in CAD world. ~10 years ago it was impossible to get any DWG or 3D drawing from them. Now they share, but Blum is still capital ship in that area.

Re: Import Adobe Illustrator text

Hello

From Illustrator You will get splines, not polylines or arcs or smth. And splines are terrible to handle. One and bad option is to redraw it in AutoCad with polylines and arcs and then import it to TopSolid. I don't know any better options.

Re: Showing the outline of cabinetry below countertop

Make countertop transparency and then tick box - look picture. Then countertop is visible and units are shown below. Maybe they are not with dashed lines. I use this setting for glass doors and then I see as real result will be.

Re: Part ID

I found this today. Maybe it helps. Last index added manually, because I changed one part in project and index was lost.

Here is a video about double sided drillings. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=r5LFNg0BLOE&t=90s When first hole will meet another hole and new created hole is through panel and second holes are not through, then CAM make bullsh...

Re: Hide coordinate system and bounding box in draft?

I made a video, maybe it's better to understand. I use those settings to have clear drawing.

Re: Could anyone give me some adivse about hardware?

Hardware is quite good for this. I have desktop and laptop with i7/16GB ram, large projects running very fine. BUT! If You have some detailed elements in projects (like hinge or drawer runners or adjustable legs), then it can be slow very fast. Like 1-5 hinge is okay, but 20+ hinge bring computer po...
